Acclaimed chef Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak experience begins the moment you enter the striking dining room, fashioned from Brazilian Walnut, bronze, leather and steel.  The menu is equally impressive, boasting an extensive array of steaks, including Corn-Fed and Grass-Fed Beef as well as various cuts of Wagyu Beef from Japan.  A mouth-watering selection of fresh fish and shellfish is, of course, always available.
